Feedback on Maternity Services in Great Yarmouth and Waveney

We are asking pregnant people, new parents, co-parents and birth partners to tell us about their maternity care so we can flag up any areas of concern (or praise) with the hospital. If not all sections apply, just fill in antenatal (for example). The survey is anonymous so you will not get any individual response to your comments. (Please see privacy notice below for more details).

    1) Antenatal (pregnancy care)

    2) Labour and Delivery

3a) Postnatal at JPH (Ward 11)

If you had a homebirth, ignore this section unless you were admitted for postnatal care

    3b) Postnatal in the community

    4) Personal characteristics

If you would be happy to, please answer the below questions, this helps us to make sure we represent the views of a broad group of service users, and discover whether there are any  issues that may be experienced by groups with specific individual characteristics. You do not have to complete this section if you do not wish.

Before you submit, we would like to make sure you know you can request a 'birth debrief' with a senior midwife to discuss your care and any questions you might have. See our homepage for details or call antenatal reception to find out more. If you are interested in the work we do, and would like to be involved, please get in touch on the Contact Form.
